Quality Control… Asia Best Coffee works with the farmers to develop the best methods to assure good quality coffee. Coffee cherries are hand-picked on a weekly basis throughout the harvest season. Only fully ripe cherries are harvested. The cherries are processed at the wet mills the same day they are picked. This is made possible by seven wet mill operations strategically located. Each wet mill operation is conveniently accessible to a cluster of villages. Most of our coffee is processed using the Full Wash Method. We also produce some Honey Process and Natural Process coffee. The parchment coffee (coffee beans still in the husk) are dried to an ideal moisture content and stored in our warehouse facility in Doi Saket. Dry mill processing, sorting and grading are the final steps. Quality Green Arabica Coffee is then ready for export or for sale to roasters across Thailand. From the planting of the seeds to the final processing of export quality green coffee, the Asia Best Team oversees stringent quality control measures to assure a quality product. No middle men are involved. We work directly with the farmers to produce Direct Source, Fair Trade, Shade Grown, Quality Arabica Coffee.
